Say good-bye to bloggy...Dear fledglings,
We're good little birds who keep our New Year's resolutions. In fact, remember our committment to design in 2013? Sam Braden, a graphic designer based in the Washington, D.C. area, will be bringing us the QuailBellMagazine.com of our dreams. Tired of our bloggy look? So are we! We want something clean, big, and open that lets our images breathe, and gives our words plenty of space, too. We also want something that's intuitive and easy to navigate. We won't get any more specific than that because we want our re-launched website to be a real surprise. In the past, all of our re-design fiddling has really just been an experiment in template modification. Not anymore. This time, we're getting it done right and from scratch. Our goal is to have the site finished for our tabling at the 2013 Brooklyn 'Zine Fest in April. We're also having our parent company website, QuailBell.com for Quail Bell Press & Productions, LLC., re-designed, too. Wowzers! We can't wait!!! Until then, we won't be posting as much regular content because we want to have a bunch saved up for the new website. We hope you understand and we also hope that you're as excited as we are. Feathery hugs, The Quail Bell Crew CommentsComments are closed.
