{Official Welcome} Fay, you're a penning peach!![]() Hopefully you've caught one of Fay Funk's essays on our site before. If not, you'll be seeing them pretty regularly soon. Funk, a native of Oregon and NYU grad, currently lives in Portland. Sure, she's not a DMVer, but her writing epitomizes the "nostalgic" in particular, with some imaginary and otherworldly qualities, as well. In other words, her stuff speaks to our mission statement and we love it. Please join us in welcoming Miss Fay Funk in her new role as staff writer for Quail Bell Magazine!
