I'm writing not only to wish you a merry Christmas but to thank you for your love, support, and enthusiasm.
Since I conceived the idea for Quail Bell Magazine in late 2009, I've been so grateful for the folks who've helped along the way. It's hard to be a full-time student and build a brand at the same time. Yet friends, family, and believers have made it possible. The QB brand has especially thrived since the launch of our new website in September 2011. We now garner 600-1300 unique page views a day--not bad considering we haven't even launched our ad campaign yet!
Your page views, fan letters, 'zine subscriptions, gift shop purchases, and donations have encouraged The QB Crew to continue dreaming, creating, learning, and playing. We keep reaching, growing, and improving. I'm proud of the content The QB Crew's producing, and am so looking forward to what QB has in store for all our favorite fledglings in 2012.
Thanks again for being faithful Quail Bell(e)s. Happy holidays!

Welcome to our staff blog, where you can learn more about The Quail Bell Crew.
Christine Stoddard conceived the idea for Quail Bell in late 2009 after writing a children's story by the same name, and launched the website as a college blog in 2010. In June 2013, Christine and former art director Kristen Rebelo officially launched Quail Bell Magazine as a global web magazine. Read our editorial mission statement to learn more.
