This is why we do what we do.A fan (known as 'fledglings' here at QB) recently wrote the following about us in her reader survey form: "Quail Bell is a wonderful magazine. I can't wait for the printed version! Thank you for creating a work of art that deals in all things romantic, Victorian, fae, and magical. I wish I lived near Richmond, because I feel like hanging out with you kindred spirits. Gorgeous work, keep it up." The Breadcrumbs widget will appear here on the published site.
Richmonder FledglingsWelcome to the new and improved Quail Bell! We're slowly shaking the placenta and broken egg shell from our fledgling feathers to show you the changes we've made in our recent rebirth. The efforts we've all made (a great deal done by editor, Christine Stoddard) should add to the ease and simplicity of navigating through our magazine--completely chock full of new content! As previously mentioned, our staff writers this consist a great deal of Virginia Commonwealth University students residing in the Richmond, Virginia area and the influence on our production is inevitable. Our beauty, lifestyle, words and images all bleed RVA--and we're proud of it. Richmond is: Despite the need for a shout out to our current stomping grounds, the universal relation to Quail Bell is evident in our various readers and contributing writers. We welcome your arrival and will welcome your return. The future is looking bright in this small nest of ours!
