This fall, The Quail Bell Crew is pleased to introduce Quail Bell 'zine: Issue 6—Feminism, which premieres at the Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair on September 28, 2014.
Join fellow fledglings in owning more than 60 pages worth of real and unreal feminist essays, stories, and poems from around the world. This 5"x7", perfect bound 'zine boasts a beautiful cover and full-color pages.
Featured writers include founding editor Christine Stoddard, poetry editor Deniz Ataman, outreach editor Jessica Reidy, Sarah Sullivan, Jeanne Joe Perrone, Alex Carrigan, Courtney Barron, and Zack Budryk, among others. Each and every page received the tender touch of Quail Bell art director, Kristen Rebelo, whose team of talented artists (Sami Cronk, Ajah Courts, Christine Skelly, etc.) produced inventive illustrations to match the writings.
Previously the Quail Bell 'zine has gotten shout-outs from Time Out New York, The Washington Post, Vol. 1 Brooklyn, and other media outlets. Read Ravishly.com's review of Issue 5 here.
