Two Plays: True Believer and Mi Abuela, Queen of Nightmares (Table Work Press, 2020) is a book containing two stage plays, one by Justice Hehir and one by Quail Bell Press & Productions founder Christine Sloan Stoddard. The two plays were national award winners from a competition Table Work Press, a contemporary theatre collective, held in 2019. Quail Bell founder Christine Sloan Stoddard is one of six artists appearing in the documentary Artists Unmasked directed by Dario Mohr. The film follows the journey of the AnkhLave Arts Alliance's Garden Project at the Queens Botanical Garden. The film will premiere at the Astoria Film Festival in New York City, but don't worry, you can watch it virtually, too. Details here.
