You can create art anywhere--no matter where you live. Never use location as an excuse to stop (or never even start) creating. Maybe you don't live in an "artistic" city. Maybe you didn't go to art school or enroll in a creative writing program. Throw away your excuses. Talk about when, no where. And when is now. Create now and create fearlessly.
